Gregg currently serves as a Founding Partner and CEO of Corsis, which leverages its proprietary BI technology platform and suite of professional services to help Private Equity firms, Investment Banks, and Corporations with active growth strategies fundamentally change the way they perform due diligence on target companies, maximize their company’s technology asset value ahead of an exit, and/or improve their company’s ability to thrive in complex regulatory environments.
A long-time marketing technologies specialist, Gregg is responsible for driving more than four billion consumer transactions while executing some of the first ever online promotions for Ford Motor Company, launching new companies such as Netflix, and operating the largest, most complex and most valuable promotions in the world for leading brands, including Kraft Foods and McDonald’s. As a healthcare technology executive, Gregg oversaw 340B and pharmacy procurement solutions that integrated more than 7000 hospital and pharmacy locations in 45 states, processed more than 6 billion dispensations on almost 1 billion claims, and provided decision support for more than 76 million unique patients — ultimately saving hospital customers more than $4 billion. Gregg is also Managing Partner of the PE firm and venture incubator Marshall Junction Partners, oversees his family business In the Clover Equestrian, is a proud and active father, and participates in philanthropic endeavors focused on supporting disadvantaged youth. |
